Below are suggested pricing tiers for personal training sessions in the Tampa Bay area. Rates vary based on travel time, package selection, and service type. Workshops will be listed as separate events and marked TBD for now.

Assessment

Initial Assessment: $45

Includes movement screening, goal setting, equipment check, and customized program outline. A one-time assessment is recommended before the first package purchase.

Pricing Scenarios

1. Basic Plan

  • One-on-one sessions at a gym or local location (minimal travel)
  • Hourly Rate: $60/hr
  • 5-Session Pack: $55/hr ($275 total)
  • 10-Session Pack: $50/hr ($500 total)
  • Travel Premium: Additional fee may apply for mobile/in-home sessions

2. Standard Plan

  • One-on-one sessions with moderate travel or in standard locations
  • Hourly Rate: $70/hr
  • 5-Session Pack: $65/hr ($325 total)
  • 10-Session Pack: $60/hr ($600 total)
  • Travel Premium: Additional fee may apply for mobile/in-home sessions

3. Premium Plan

  • Mobile/in-home or specialty training sessions (e.g., dance cross-training, pickleball performance, post-op safe training)
  • Hourly Rate: $85/hr
  • 5-Session Pack: $80/hr ($400 total)
  • 10-Session Pack: $75/hr ($750 total)
  • Includes: Priority scheduling, optional extended session length (up to 75 minutes), and follow-up check-ins
Travel and Range Notes
  • Rates range from $60–$85 per hour depending on location, travel time, and specialization.
  • Mobile/in-home sessions may incur a $10–$20 travel surcharge depending on distance.
  • Define your travel radius clearly (e.g., within 20 minutes of Ruskin included; surcharge beyond that).
