At Mind Body Mobile Fitness and Yoga, I specialize in bringing functional fitness, yoga, and mobility training directly to you — whether in your home, office, or community fitness space. Serving clients across Apollo Beach, Clearwater, Seminole, St. Petersburg, and the greater Tampa Bay area, I offer personalized, science-based sessions designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live actively.

Q: Where do you offer your training and classes?
A: I’m a mobile instructor serving the Tampa Bay area — including Apollo Beach, Clearwater, Seminole, and St. Petersburg. I bring customized workouts to your home, office, or community space and also teach at Armetta’s Grand Jeté Studio.

Q: Do you offer virtual sessions?
A: Yes! I offer virtual personal training and yoga sessions via Zoom for clients who prefer to work out at home or while traveling. You’ll still receive personalized coaching and live feedback.

Q: Do I need my own equipment?
A: You only need a yoga mat and resistance bands. I bring portable fitness tools such as dumbbells, gliders, and balance trainers as needed.

Q: How do I schedule a session?
A: You can contact me directly through the website or by phone/email to discuss your goals and schedule sessions at your convenience.

Q: What types of training do you offer?
A: My programs combine functional strength, mobility, and posture training with yoga and corrective movement. Each session is customized to your goals and fitness level.

Q: Do you work with beginners or people recovering from surgery or injury?
A: Absolutely. I specialize in safe, progressive training for post-rehab and active aging clients, adapting each session to your body’s current needs.

Q: What should I expect during a first session?
A: Your first session includes a brief movement assessment, goal-setting, and an introductory workout designed for your level.

Q: How long are sessions?
A: Most private sessions are 60 minutes, with 45-minute and 75-minute options available.

Q: Do you train couples or small groups?
A: Yes! Partner and small-group sessions are a fun and motivating way to stay consistent together.

Q: What’s the difference between your yoga and fitness sessions?
A: My yoga blends Iyengar alignment and Vinyasa flow for mindful strength and flexibility. Fitness sessions focus on functional movement, resistance training, and posture correction — both complement each other perfectly.

Q: Do you bring music or can I choose my own?
A: I often bring curated playlists, but you’re welcome to play your own music for the session.

Q: Are you insured and certified?
A: Yes. I’m a certified ACSM Personal Trainer, ACE certified in Group fitness, CPR/BLS certified and E-RYT yoga teacher with advanced education in movement science and insured for in-home and studio sessions.

Q: What areas do you serve?
A: I currently serve Apollo Beach, Ruskin, Riverview, Clearwater, Seminole, Largo, and the St. Petersburg area.

Q: Do you offer gift cards or packages?
A: Yes — gift cards and multi-session packages are available for personal training, yoga, or mobility sessions.
